What we do is, at one level, relatively straightforward. We work with client teams to help them address organisational challenges. The challenges can be wide and varied but inevitably all relate to changes that the organisation is experiencing. We don’t want to be the solution to the organisational challenges faced by clients. Being the solution creates a dependency and a reliance that doesn’t fit with our vision for 2fishes. We want client teams to be the solution to their own challenges. We want to work with teams to share tools, techniques and knowledge that builds their capabilities – individually and organisationally. We want to share our experiences and insights to earn trust and we want to coach and support team members to build their confidence.
