Mark and Lesley – who, how and when?  It all started many years ago when we were employed at the same firm.  We worked on the same client account and were asked to deliver a particularly challenging job.  The work was tough but we worked really well together – we had trust, confidence and respect for each other. 

That could have been the end of it but we continued to work together on various projects.  We then moved employer together and exited said employer together after 6 years (that is a story over a coffee!).  That could have been the end of our working partnership but we realised one of the mainstays during all the tough (and fun) times was our friendship.  We choose to work together and we both want that to continue.
